Diet: A Good Day Off
Happy Mothers Day! I got to rest today and have a nice dinner at Mom's house. A Darn good day with my family.

Goals for First Round of P90X
- I will execute and participate in each workout with extreme intensity.
- Every time the workout calls for 'failure', I will work out to failure.
- I will record my exercises and post my results and feelings in my blog
- I will strive to rest adequately
- I will be honest with myself
- I will record what I eat and strive to improve my diet
- I will consume no carbonated or caffinated beverage for the
entire 90 days
- I will not eat past 10 pm
- I will be confident and positive about my results and my body
- I will seek to improve my mind and my relationships with others while working on this program.
- I will set three new goals every week.
